At Cane & Bean Ltd., we are passionate about hand crafting the finest-quality, naturally flavoured sugars, syrups, whole fruit and spice powders and hot chocolates.

The uses are endless, from adding a flavour filled twist to your breakfast oats, barbecue rubs, pancakes, meringues, curries, cocktails and coffee. We are confident our products will inspire your culinary imagination.

Cane & Bean was founded in 2019 by two brothers, David and Chris, after identifying a gap in the market, we have spent the last few years developing our bespoke range of products.

At the heart of our mission is a commitment to quality and sustainability. We use only the finest fresh ingredients to hand-craft our range of naturally flavoured sugars, syrups, fruit powders, and hot chocolates. All of our products are vegan, ensuring that everyone can enjoy our delicious range of flavours. All packaged in environmentally friendly packaging, no plastics whatsoever.

We believe that natural is best, which is why each product is hand-crafted using only the finest Demerara sugar and whole fresh fruit or spices and contain no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.

Premium Sugars

Hand-crafted using only the finest quality fresh ingredients, our Premium Sugar range is designed to add a touch of luxury to your baking and cooking or for adding to your favourite hot beverages to create a unique flavour.

Syrups

Our syrups are versatile and are perfect poured over hot porridge, crepes, or ice cream, they can be used to create fantastic glazes for BBQs, or as the base for cocktails and other drinks.

Fruit Powders

Cane & Bean fruit and spice powders are produced in small batches from the finest fresh whole fruit and spices – they are hand-crafted and hand ground – all bursting with natural flavour and versatile enough to be used in a wide range of recipes, such as cakes and biscuits, stir fries, salad dressings and smoothies.

Our hot chocolates are perfect for warming you up on a cold day or for indulging in a comforting treat. They are ideal for baking cakes, brownies and biscuits, or as a chocolate sauce for profiteroles or ice cream.

Seasonal Picks

Throughout the year, we’ll be offering limited-edition seasonal flavours like Seville Orange, Sicilian Lemon, Scottish Raspberry and English Garden Mint. These small-batch sugars are only available during their season, so once they’re gone, they’re gone until the next season. Be sure to order early to avoid disappointment!
