Grapefruit Sugar

Our grapefruit Demerara sugar is made from freshly zested and juiced grapefruits blended with premium Demerara sugar. It features a bold, bittersweet flavour with a caramel undertone.

As with all of our sugars, grapefruit sugar can be used in so many ways, use it to rim the glass of a grapefruit margarita, mix with olive oil and balsamic vinegar for a tangy salad dressing, sprinkle on top of yogurt with sliced banana for a refreshing breakfast, and of course its great used to sweeten tea or cocktails.
