Our Ginger Powder is made from fresh ginger roots, delicately dried to preserve their spicy, aromatic flavor and healthy properties. This powder adds a warm kick to a variety of dishes and beverages. Great in stir-fries, soups, curries and cakes, use in marinades or rubs for meat and fish or for baking your favourite gingerbread or ginger snaps.

Why not try garlic and ginger prawns, simply make a marinade of soy source, a generous teaspoon of ginger powder, Cane & Bean lemon syrup, chilli, garlic, salt and black pepper, marinade the prawns place on skewers and grill, absolutely delicious.
