Cane & Bean Vinaigrette Dressing Recipe

Serves 4 people

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp Cane & Bean ginger syrup
  • 1 tsp Cane & Bean Lime powder
  • 3 cloves garlic finely chopped
  • 3 – 4 spring onions finely chopped
  • 100mls Balsamic vinegar
  • 200ml extra virgin olive oil
  • Large pinch of coarsely ground black pepper
  • Salt to taste

Method:

Mix the Cane & Bean Ginger syrup, Cane & Bean Lime powder, garlic and spring onion in a small bowl, add the black pepper and balsamic vinegar and salt (to taste).

Stir well and then pour in the olive oil. Decant into a pouring jug or bottle. Shake well before pouring over your favourite fresh crisp salad, absolutely delicious.
