Chris began creating amazing tasting sugars and syrups way back and soon he was getting inundated with orders from family and friends. As the sugars and syrups were becoming more popular he soon realised he that was on to something big – he asked his brother David to join him, to help move the enterprise out of the kitchen. How could David possibly refuse?
They found a small unit, custom built a production facility and began producing the sugars and syrups on a much grander scale.
