- 6-8 chicken wings
- 135g Cane & Bean ginger syrup
- 2 red chillis finely chopped
- 1 tsp Cane & Bean lime powder (optional)
- 1 clove of garlic finely chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh coriander
Cane & Bean Barbecue Chicken Wings Recipe

Method:
Mix all of the ingredients into a bowl, chill and leave to marinade for 2 hours. Take the chicken from the marinade and place on the barbecue.
Cook for 25mins, keep turning and brush on the remaining marinade as a glaze every few minutes, until sticky and charred. Check that the chicken is thoroughly cooked. Dress with chopped fresh coriander and serve with an ice cold beer. This recipe works brilliantly with all of our flavoured syrups.
