- 135g Cane & Bean Orange syrup
- 2 tsp Cane & Bean Ginger powder
- 2 tsp coarse grain mustard
- 1 tsp of malt vinegar
- Pinch of Black pepper

Thoroughly mix all the ingredients together in a small bowl. Brush a generous amount over the ham and roast. Remember to keep basting the ham every few minutes with the glaze until rich and sticky.
