Cane & Bean Orange and Ginger Glaze for Roast Ham Recipe

Serves 4-6 people

Ingredients:

  • 135g Cane & Bean Orange syrup
  • 2 tsp Cane & Bean Ginger powder
  • 2 tsp coarse grain mustard
  • 1 tsp of malt vinegar
  • Pinch of Black pepper

Method:

Thoroughly mix all the ingredients together in a small bowl. Brush a generous amount over the ham and roast. Remember to keep basting the ham every few minutes with the glaze until rich and sticky.
