- 1 tbsp Cane & Bean ginger syrup
- 1 tsp Cane & Bean Lime powder
- 3 cloves garlic finely chopped
- 3 – 4 spring onions finely chopped
- 100mls Balsamic vinegar
- 200ml extra virgin olive oil
- Large pinch of coarsely ground black pepper
- Salt to taste

Mix the Cane & Bean Ginger syrup, Cane & Bean Lime powder, garlic and spring onion in a small bowl, add the black pepper and balsamic vinegar and salt (to taste).
Stir well and then pour in the olive oil. Decant into a pouring jug or bottle. Shake well before pouring over your favourite fresh crisp salad, absolutely delicious.
