Our dark Demerara grapefruit  syrup is made from whole fresh grapefruits, carefully zested and juiced and blended  with finest-quality Demerara sugar. It features a bold, bittersweet flavour with a hint of caramel.

Why not try Grapefruit Glazed Salmon: Blend our Grapefruit Demerara Syrup with Dijon mustard, soy sauce, chopped garlic and a teaspoon of Cane & Bean grapefruit powder. Brush the mixture over salmon fillets and bake until the fish is tender and flaky. Serve with a side of steamed asparagus.
