Our dark Demerara lemon syrup is created using whole fresh lemons, hand zested, juiced, and blended with the finest Demerara sugar. It offers a bright and tangy flavour with a sweet, caramelised finish.

Cane & Bean lemon syrup is a versatile ingredient in any kitchen. Use as a rub for chicken or fish, sprinkle on top of blueberries for a zesty dessert, or why not try Lemon Herb Chicken: Mix our Lemon Syrup with olive oil, chopped fresh thyme and rosemary, chopped garlic, and a dash of salt and pepper.
