Our Orange Powder is made from whole fresh oranges, delicately dried using our unique gentle drying system. This process preserves the vibrant flavour and nutrients of the fruit, offering a concentrated burst of citrusy goodness.

Orange powder is perfect for rubs and marinades particularly with chicken or pork, its great for adding a zing of citrus flavour to smoothies, or sprinkled over salad or roasted vegetables. And of course it is absolutely perfect when baking biscuits and cakes.
